How do I connect my Google Business Profile?

After signing in, go to your dashboard settings and click "Connect Google Business Profile". You will be redirected to Google to authorize access. Once approved, your reviews will appear automatically.

How does the AI reply generation work?

ReplyBob analyzes each review's sentiment and content, then generates a personalized response that matches your business tone. You can review and edit every reply before it is published.

Can I edit AI-generated replies before publishing?

Yes. Every generated reply is saved as a draft. You can edit, regenerate, or discard it before choosing to publish to Google.

Social Content & Reels

Which reviews are eligible for reel creation?

Only reviews with a rating of 4 stars or above are eligible. This ensures your social content always highlights positive customer experiences.

Can I regenerate a reel for an existing review?

Yes. On the Social Content page, click "Generate New" to cycle through existing reels and create updated versions.

Billing & Plans

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Please contact us within 7 days of your initial payment to request a refund.
