ReplyBob provides an AI-powered review management platform that helps businesses:

• Monitor and analyze review sentiment and trends

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of ReplyBob, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws
• Reviewing AI-generated responses before they are posted (if auto-reply is disabled)
• Providing accurate and complete information about your business
• Not using the service to post false, misleading, or harmful content

Subscription & Billing

ReplyBob offers subscription-based pricing plans:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Free trial periods, if offered, are subject to separate terms

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReplyBob, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service. ReplyBob is not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses, and users should review all responses before posting. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
